Is the “Free” option just a trial subscription?
No. It has all the key features in professional subscriptions and sufficient image storage to get your first website up and going. When you need more storage - just upgrade.
Can I cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You are not tied into any minimum time period. Our subscriptions are designed to support your career at all stages.
Can I connect my existing domain to my new vPatina site?
No problem. Follow the instructions in domain connection. In most cases you will probably want to keep your domain registered with your existing provider.
Can I buy and register a domain using vPatina?
No. If you don’t have a domain yet, get one from a provider (e.g. register.com, godaddy.com). Then follow the instructions to connect your new website to you new domain. We will host your websites, but we don't manage domain registration.
Can I use a personalized e-mail address?
Arrange personalized e-mail through your domain registration company, or you may want to use G-Suite. We will make sure whatever you choose integrates with your website.
